**Abstract**
 A novel experimental set-up for mixing nanoclay and epoxy resin together to form uniformly-dispersed nanosized nanoclay cluster/epoxy composites is described and conditions (spinning, cure time and temperature) established for producing composites containing 5 wt.% of nanoclay with enhanced microhardness. 7 refs.
